Problem

You are trying to print something from a Mac in one of the Art labs but the printer shows as Paused and you are unable to print.

Solution

You will need to clear old print jobs still waiting on that computer and then Resume the printer. 

You need to clear the old print jobs first before you will be able to Resume the printer.

This needs to be done on any Mac showing the printer as paused.

  1. Open System Preferences
  2. Click on Printers & Scanners
  3. Select the (Epson) printer
  4. Press the Open Print Queue button
  5. On the menu bar at the top of the screen click on Jobs and select Show everyone's jobs
  6. Delete all of the jobs in the queue by clicking the cross next to each job
  7. Click the green Resume button
  8. Close the print queue window and System Preferences
